Sharon started asking the question that drives Reset & Thrive early in her coaching practice: why does real change so often falter? Leaders come back from powerful trainings inspired and energised — and find minimal to no shift when they return to their teams. Skill-building workshops land well in the room and evaporate by the following Monday.
The answer, Sharon found, was systems. Real transformation only emerges when the wider system is engaged — when teams, relationships, and organisations are included in the work, not just the individual at the top. It was this conviction that led her to Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and to founding Reset & Thrive.

With over 12 years of experience coaching leaders, teams, and organisations across Singapore and the region — particularly in international banking and financial services — Sharon brings a rare combination: the depth of a certified systems coach, the practicality of someone who has sat across from real problems in real organisations, and a presence that makes people feel safe enough to be genuinely honest.
She is a mother of three sons, which she'll tell you has taught her more about group dynamics than any training ever could. She's grounded, warm, occasionally funny, and direct in a way that moves things forward rather than shutting them down.
